http://alcariel.blogspot.com/2005_07_01_archive.html
Keeping Me in Stitches. Thursday, July 28, 2005. So at this point in the trip, I got lazy and didn't take pictures of the rest of my yarn. I'll get pictures this afternoon and tonight at sit and knit. Expect an update later. Posted by Alcariel @ 2:57 PM. I got three hanks of Mango Moon sari silk for Unbiased (or maybe something else that I haven't figured out yet). And that was all I got from them the first day.did I say first? We also stopped at The Indigo Thread. And I got this. No idea what I'll use t...

Keeping Me in Stitches: March 2005
http://alcariel.blogspot.com/2005_03_01_archive.html
Keeping Me in Stitches. Tuesday, March 29, 2005. But no pics yet. I was so pooped on Easter (had to work the nightshift and got off work in time to change clothes and go to church) that I forgot to have my parents take pictures of me with the mohair shawl. I'll have to remember my camera for the sit and knit on Thursday and have one of the ladies take a picture. Went to the LYS after the lecture and bought more Koigu for socks. Bad Carin! Posted by Alcariel @ 12:13 AM. Thursday, March 24, 2005. And looky...

Keeping Me in Stitches: November 2005
http://alcariel.blogspot.com/2005_11_01_archive.html
Keeping Me in Stitches. Sunday, November 20, 2005. Working on the third pattern repeat of Sarah's shawl. Bought yarn for a knitted Yoda for Dad. Almost done with one pattern repeat of my left Hermione mitten. That's all. Posted by Alcariel @ 4:40 PM. Monday, November 14, 2005. I give you the new cuteness. Mom and I are going to pick her up Thanksgiving weekend and give her to Dad then so I can see his face and take my part of the blame if he hates her. But how can you hate such a sweet face! Still need t...

Keeping Me in Stitches: June 2005
http://alcariel.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
Keeping Me in Stitches. Thursday, June 30, 2005. Who rocks at putting in zippers? That would be me! And not just an zipper.an invisible zipper. In the 2 years that I've sewn, I've never sewn in a zipper. My mom's always done it for me. But I did my first one last night all on my own with two different sets of instructions sort of cobbled together. And it works! Posted by Alcariel @ 7:47 AM. Wednesday, June 29, 2005. We're back in business.sort of. I couldn't stand not sewing tonight, so I went to Walmart...

Keeping Me in Stitches: December 2005
http://alcariel.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
Keeping Me in Stitches. Wednesday, December 28, 2005. So here's just some of my pictures from this past Christmas weekend. First off, I finished the shawl for my friend, Sarah. Here's an edge while it was pinned to my bed blocking. And here's the whole thing on me at SoP. Erin was great enough to take this for me in the middle of our crazy Christmas party. Of course, Yoda presided over the whole thing. Posted by Alcariel @ 9:39 PM. Wednesday, December 21, 2005. Posted by Alcariel @ 9:09 PM. General house...

Keeping Me in Stitches: May 2005
http://alcariel.blogspot.com/2005_05_01_archive.html
Keeping Me in Stitches. Friday, May 27, 2005. A little bit of everything in this post. First off, my Noro Silk Garden Clapotis is done, blocked and has been worn several times since my last post. However, I still don't have any pictures of it. Next, I'm slogging my way through the miles of boring stockinette stitch on the sleeves of my Kyoto. I'm about 5 inches in from the seedstitch on the cuff. Got some cute puppy pictures that I'll probably post tomorrow since my camera's downstairs at the moment....

Keeping Me in Stitches: October 2005
http://alcariel.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html
Keeping Me in Stitches. Sunday, October 30, 2005. Christmas present #1 done! Dad's present is coming along nicely, but it's hard to work on at night since the lighting in my living room stinks. Maybe if I sat on the sofa instead of the recliner. And may I just say that Titanium Rose's Halloween bash on Saturday was excellent. Wish I could have stayed longer, but I had a Sunday morning commitment. I'll post pics of the knitters that made it whenever I feel like hauling my camera upstairs. Of course not...

Keeping Me in Stitches: September 2005
http://alcariel.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Keeping Me in Stitches. Friday, September 30, 2005. Cascading Leaves and a Pinwheel. Here are the pictures I took of the Cascading Leaves socks I just finished. They're made out of Regia Silk that the wonderful Nederlass sent to me. I finished the Pinwheel Baby Blanket as well. I actually did a picot bindoff, but you can't see in due to the stupid blanket rolling on me. Oh well. My cousin's baby won't care. Posted by Alcariel @ 5:59 PM. Thursday, September 29, 2005. Keeping Me in Stitches: August 2005
http://alcariel.blogspot.com/2005_08_01_archive.html
Keeping Me in Stitches. Monday, August 29, 2005. I've finally finished knitting Kyoto! I cast off the sash about half an hour ago and promptly celebrated with a dish of Ben and Jerry's Dublin Mudslide. Now all that's left is to seam the whole thing together. I'll have Mom help me with that this weekend. Pinwheel baby blanket is into it's second skein. I just need to keep plugging away at it. Off to bed with me now. Posted by Alcariel @ 1:03 AM. Monday, August 22, 2005. Posted by Alcariel @ 9:57 PM. I wen...
