Ramadhan is around the corner. 250 g all purpose flour. 1/2 packet instant yeast (standard one package is around 2 1/4 tsp). 1 tbs vegetable oil. 1/2 cup lukewarm water. 1 tbs granulated sugar. 1/2 tsp ground cumin (heat it up in a pan on low heat to break the aroma and grind). 2 tbs milk (for glazing). Sift flour into mixing bowl and add all the dry ingredients too. Make a well in the center. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and mix well forming a dough.
