Last night, about an hour after eating dinner, I puked. I knew I overdid it with dinner but I just didn’t think that “one last bite” would wreak so much havoc on me. I’m still here and still blending my foods and very much looking forward to the next stage of soft foods which I can start implementing on Friday: scrambled eggs, tuna, salmon, etc. This entry was posted in diet. He tells me this morning… Call Coastal Paddle Boards and schedule a lesson for Saturday. We will drive down Friday after work, spend the night, have a lesson, spend the day at the beach, and drive home. WHAT? Marcus says he wants me to find new joys and pleasures… so why not start now?
