This pretty much sums it up. Earlier this month I did go to, and finish, the Chickamauga Half Marathon. Worst time ever because I had to walk a lot of it. My heart rate is doing some weird crap recently and after about 6 miles every time I started to jog my heart felt like it was going to explode out of my throat. Run, Eat, Repeat.
