If you don't I will bitch-slap you to death. Exercise gets blood moving and helps keep all of your tissues alive. This is particularly important after you have been nearly dead. Endurance stuff is probably more important than strength stuff, but if you have time for both, then do both. Here are two exercises to try. 1) Belly dancer stomach rolling. After the chemo was complete, again I had to wait at least 4 weeks before surgery, again to let my intestines heal from the chemo so I wouldn't simply bleed to death during surgery. The reasons I hate recruiters? How about: they're lying, cheating, two-faced, clueless, scum. They have no ethics, morals or even common sense.
