I have suffered through poor customer service and incompetent installers and assumed I wasn't alone. Soon enough I discovered I most definitely was not. I have spoken to dozens of people and heard stories that were just unbelievable. One for example involves an installer screwing ground wires in to a gas meter (CLICK FOR PHOTOS).
