http://ihatetoalarmyou.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 25, 2013. Thank you, ARTSMART! Can I just tell you how deeply I admire the teachers of the world? As I leave for the day, the little girl asks me how to spell my name. Beaming, sharpie clutched in her fist, she flips the palette over and scrawls. Saturday, July 6, 2013. As you pack ...

I Hate to Alarm You...: Walking Toward Certainty with Terror in Your Throat
http://ihatetoalarmyou.blogspot.com/2014/05/walking-toward-certainty-with-terror-in.html
Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Walking Toward Certainty with Terror in Your Throat. Have you heard of performance artist, Philippe Petit? I caught a radio interview that he gave as I worked in my studio this morning. He is famous for so many amazing feats, including his 1975 tightrope walk between New York's twin towers. We all think of the thrill of his stunts. Will he make it across or will he slip and fall to his death? We must dive into our creative endeavors with all the risk associated with unknown, but ...

Bethesda Mom.in Fla. Seeking a beautiful life in the every day. Tuesday, April 28, 2015. I don't know how I missed it, but Helena from a diary of lovely. Is writing her blog, once again! Hers is one of my favorite. Go-tos. I am inspired by her writing a blog in another language than her native Spanish, her outfits, and cooking skills. But the best thing is that for all of her talents, not a shred of pride. Comes across in her posts. If not, head on over! Sunday, April 26, 2015. You know where I am going.

At the start of every month i like to select a few things that i'm going to work on. a few " goals". They don't have to be BIG things. and usually they are actually quite small in the scheme of life but for me they are an important part of my month. You may think the grass is greener on the other side,. If you take the time to water your own grass it would be just as green".

Friday, October 10, 2014. Georgia Okeefe inspired aesthetic. I think most people associate Georgia O'Keefe with her flowers, but they only make up a portion of her work. I've been intrigued by her aesthetic ever since I was a pre-teen and visited New Mexico for the first time, where I fell in love with the landscape and the way that she presented the simultaneous warmth and spareness of its beauty. On the recommendation of the lovely Camille of the Vintique Object,. Credits: 1, 2: okeeffe museum. My Pati...

Pig Latin
It's well known that Pig Latin is the language of business; however, few people can write coherent Pig Latin. Necessity is the mother of invention, and insomnia and smartarsery are its wayward cousins. Enter a brief sentence on the corn, omitting punctuation and numerals. (Write "dont" for "don't" and "two" for 2).
