I'm a Statutory Lecturer in Computer Science. And direct the Security Group in the Department of Computer Science. I currently supervise Olgierd Pieczul, Ultan Neville, Imran Kahn, Sara McCloskey and assorted BSc/MSc project students. Current research areas include distributed/network access controls, autonomic security, trust, security analysis, security risk management and cyber-physical security. I'm on the editorial boards of the Journal of Computer Security. ACM/ACSA New Security Paradigms Workshop.
