Above is a picture of the ramp, to our upper campus, in progress. It is nearly complete and will allow for smoother traffic flow and better maneuverability for our students and staff. Construction companies are viewing building and site plans in preparation for the bid process. The selection should made by the end of January.

Contruction Trailers Arrive - Fence Goes Up. Construction trailers began arriving on site today. This is exciting news! The fence separating the construction zone from the rest of campus is in process. This means there is no vehicle access to the back of the school. That access is reserved for construction vehicles only.

For folks driving by the Issaquah High School campus, there have been a few slight visible changes - fencing up, construction zone delineated, wall built. The bulk of the demolition process has been taking place to the rear of the existing building. Today, however, you would surely notice the fact that the old Commons is gone!

They were as Japanese as it gets- leaving their shoes by the door, showering us with gifts, and ooohing and ahhhing over things like mashed potatoes and scrambled eggs. First Snow Day of the Season! It was so fun to look out the window this morning to see snow flakes falling! Climbing up the ladder! Lia sliding down onto the snow ramp they built. Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Lola left this morning to fly back home after her annual visit to see us this summer. She came out for a week and, as always, we had a great time staying super busy. We went on some sort of outing or adventure every single day and enjoyed doing what Lola does best- shopping and eating out!
