This recipe is gluten and sugar-free but still super tasty, moist and with those yummy Christmas flavors. Saffron and orange protein muffins. 1/2 can( 120g) rinsed chickpeas. 300 g baked spaghetti squash*. 2 dl(200g) egg whites. 5 T(75g) quark/greek yoghurt. 1/2 organic orange, zest and juice. 2 large scoops( 70g) vanilla protein powder*. 5 T(50g) coconut flour.
