Muzzammil comes from the word Mutazzammil. The surah is considered to be a Makki surah, except for the last verse which is considered to be Medeni. The Prophet (sAw) only had 5 verses revealed to him so far when Surah Muddaththir was revealed to him, tell him to stand up and spread the message. Means the "cloaked one". Means the "enshrouded one".
