Largest Canyon (only the Grand Canyon is larger). It’s located just 30 miles south of Amarillo. The trip out there looked like the typical flat lands and then all of a sudden, this opening in the ground appeared. It’s 120 mile long and 800 feet deep. Had to select a few photos out of a 100. And now we are getting ready for the trip back. Saturday went to the Long Beach Sandcastle competition. It was nice and cool on the beach. And then a stop at the Kite museum. Made the short drive to Eugene to visit some of our Son-In-Law Uncle’s and Aunt’s. Had lunch at his Uncle George’s coffee shop, wonderful food! I think I need this new toy but not sure how to get it back to Texas and don’t think his Uncle is going to part with it.
