A website dedicated to our cute kiddos! Sunday, February 10, 2013. Why haven't I updated the blog lately? I honestly haven't had much extra time at all. We are busy! Here is a short update:. Isaac is starting baseball. He has had a few indoor Sunday practices and Scott is the coach of this team. Today the boys had a jog-a-thon and Isaac ran an impressive 3.5miles in 30 minutes. The excitement started on Friday morning when Saraya lost her first tooth on the way to swimming lessons! After swimming we headed to Portland where we enjoyed great sunny weather. A website dedicated to our cute kiddos! Wednesday, September 4, 2013. First Day of School. This is for you Aunt Pat:). Sept 4, 2013 - the day both kids started school. What a fun day! We started the morning with pictures on the front step. Both kids had picked out their outfits days before. Both in new shoes - yes, our kids have big feet! Saraya was beyond excited! She kept telling me she was a little nervous too. She knew that she had a couple kids she knew in her class so that made it easier for her.

I have decided to do parties every other year and this was the party year. He decided he wanted a March madness party. Since the weather is unpredictable in March (well really anytime), we rented the school gym to have the basketball event. We invited his whole basketball team and they all came! This is what the better part of our Saturday was spent doing. Installing a dog door and building a kennel for Pepper. The kennel was the easy part, the door was a whole 'nother story. No one should ever really cut holes into the side of their house. In the summer, we'll strap a tarp over the top and perhaps that left side just to keep some of the sun out.

Don't know what happens on a belt test - so here's some pictures to give you an idea. We show up about an hour early to keep ourselves psyched up - we warm up - stretch a little - take some "before" pictures and keep busy. We do not do this with our gi. On because wrinkled gi. At the beginning of a test mean push-ups!

This weekend was pretty busy - with a furlough on friday I had lots of time to bake for two separate orders and then saturday was my first martial arts test.all I can say about that is UGH. Mixed in with all that - Doug and I had dinner with his friend Steve on thursday night and then dinner with all the cousins and Jan and Bill on friday night. Of course we took no pictures - oops.

She did most of the work herself but I did help a little and grandma and grandpa came over to help set up her new bed. She painted her room blue and got a white bedspread with some fun blue pillows.
