Sunday, May 1, 2011. Today was a big day. Osama Bin Laden is dead. No joke. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that he's dead. The hunt for Bin Laden has been a part of my life for so long (basically since I've been able to drive) that I don't really know how life as an adult is without war or recession. This is a bit surreal. As I was listening to Obama's speech, the first mention of firefight had me thinking of the Boondock Saints' "There was a fire FIIIIIIGHT. Look what I'm up to!
