This site started as a result of my passion for music, but has grown into something more. There are many drug related deaths reported here, and the majority of those involved heroin. Raymond Berry Oakley), 4/1/48 – 11/21/72. Berry was born in Chicago, Illinois. He was a founding member of the Allman Brothers and was known for his long melodic bass playing. Sadly only a year after losing Duane Allman, Berry died of a brain hemorrhage after a motorcycle crash.
