Tuesday, August 30, 2011. I never thought I would say this about this particular situation. I got the girl! It was a process that took a while, but it paid off. Back in March you may recall that I posted about being in love. Since then, it's been slightly turbulent on account of the fact that we don't know what the hell we're doing! Saturday, August 28, 2010. People who do and people who don't. Mariana finally moved in on Thursday evening. We've been friends for 10 years or something, and I don't think there's anyone who knows either of us better than we know each other, save for perhaps our families. Mariana is someone who doesn't. Home, it makes it difficult. And it makes it impossible to get them to help you with things around the house that need to be done, because they don't really. do. Thank you so much for doing everything.

School has been so busy that "hectic" is a better word for how I've been feeling, but at the same time, it's keeping me (mostly) out of trouble, which isn't usually a bad thing! Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Can you believe it? Cheers* I'm really proud of myself. Like, really. This semester has been absolutely insane, but in a good way! From getting only 3-4 hours sleep most nights (0 hours some nights! Sowhat's happened since I last posted? Maybe I should do this by months. One of my very good friends, Bettina, got married! I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to make the wedding cake and they were just tickled pink with it, which (of course) tickled me pink as well!

Friday, July 30, 2010. This is the last post before I move and don't have internet for a couple of days! I've got almost everything packed except my computer (duh) and I've conscripted slave labour for tomorrow in the form of my friends. I even have a van reserved, so it's all set. All I need to do now is make sure I can get a key from my landlady. (Slightly important detail! Somehow, I think I can deal with being his exact opposite. See you in August!
