宜蘭青少年國樂創立於2006年，創立宗旨在於培養年輕一代的音樂專業人士並提供表演機會。本團共有70人及18位儲備指揮，在過去五年內舉辦過大小的音樂盛事並贏得許多正面的迴響。中心信念是在生活中實踐音樂，在音樂中享受生活，這同樣也是團長林仁傑所帶領著團員，期許他們達到的目標。這些年輕的團員不只是學習如何快樂地玩音樂，更用音樂點亮他們的人生，他們表演音樂，相同地他們也享受與音樂一起玩樂。此外，他們更散播他們對音樂的愛與熱情給他人。
