Skip to my Lu-siana. November 18, 2011. Here are our Halloween photos, as soon as I found out I was having another boy, I planned on them being Thing 1 and 2 for Halloween. This will probably be the last year Sammy lets me choose his costume so I figured it might be my only chance. On to other news, Matt just got a job offer in Shreveport, La! Skip to my Lu-siana. July 30, 2012. We had lots of fun with family and beach last week. Here's some of what we did. Aaron and Grandpa became buddies, even though they're not looking at each other in this pic. Sammy, constantly transporting handfuls of sand to "who knows where". This beach had a tunnel that went to another beach. Sammy's now in his underwear, we didn't quite make it to the potty in time! Sadly, this is the only pic I have of our ink, and no pics of Andrew:(. Erik, looking cool at the beach.

Skip to my Lu-siana. November 13, 2012. I know Halloween was two weeks ago, but I finally downloaded the pictures and need to share! I started planning the boys costumes about a year ago. Sammy would be a fireman and wouldn't Aaron make a cute dalmatian fire dog? I was also going to take pictures and make postcards of my darlings in their costumes and send them to grandparents. What fun, right? And yea, I realized that tail looks like a carrot. Of course, in the end, what do you think Sammy wanted to be?

The boots were only about three sizes too big, more like clown shoes than rain boots, but I think he really liked that they were just like Sammy's rain boots. Sammy, trying to catch raindrops. Skip to my Lu-siana. October 7, 2012. Chapter Two, Easter Bunnies and Emails. Over the Easter weekend a stuffed bunny and chocolate bunny mysteriously arrived on my desk at work. It sat there for a whole day before I got in to see it and created quite a stir in the office. To quote a co-worker, "we all but raped that poor bunny, looking for some sort of card on it! I'm in need of some blog updates anyway, so I'm now writing/typing down our story for you to enjoy and posterity's sake. But I have to back up the story just a little bit. Skip to my Lu-siana. August 30, 2011. August 13, 2011. Baby Aaron is here! Born 8-8-11 at 1:21 pm, 7 lbs, 5 oz, 19 inches. We're so happy to have Aaron home! Sammy thinks the baby is pretty neat, but has also put the terrible two's into full gear this week. I think most newborns look alike, but Aaron does seem to take more after my side of the family. So I figured, all the real safety equipment is still in the car seat and its a three minute drive, so away we went! It was so worth it:). February 18, 2012. Isn't Pinterest so much fun? February 7, 2012. Being Two is a Hoot! Sammy is fascinating to watch, he doesn't miss and thing and just today he did the following for the first time. Shook my hand and said "thank you". We were blasting off in a rocket).
