Il faut que je pâtisse! Mes débuts en pâtisserie. Mes recettes tout simplement! Crèmes dessert et pâtes à tartiner. Mes coup de coeur. Lundi 24 août 2015. Muffins pêche / amande. Après une longue absence, reprise en douceur de la pâtisserie. 80g de beurre fondu. 1 sachet de levure chimique. 1 sachet de sucre vanillé. 1 pincée de sel. 2 pêches (ou plus .). Dans un premier saladier, mélanger les ingrédients sec: farine, sucre, sel, sucre vanillé et levure. Enfourner 20-25 min à 160°C. Lundi 1 juin 2015.
