I had to think about other urgent things (the renewal of my ccie for example). Now as always I suffer from a tremendous mental inertia. Let's not consider the word game of the title. I'm redoing the gui, the buttons, the menus etc. Including the map we can say the graphics has been redone at 100%. The game should look nicer now, I spent a lot of time merely thinking.

Bridge Over Troubled Water. Tuesday, December 09, 2014. I've had less and less spare time for the project. Anyway, even the most powerful cloud machine can't handle the resolutions that I'm seeking. For a series of reasons it's quite difficult to obtain pixel perfect results on wm when dealing with very large terrains. The solution so far is to produce larger terrains than required and use the overlapping areas as a sort of buffer zone, in order to reduce the differences between the different tiles.
