Quinoa and Potato mixture Ingredients:. 3 small sweet potatoes peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces. 4 cups vegetable broth. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped. 2 cups (8 ounces) frozen peas, thawed. 3/4 cup pitted medium black olives. 1/3 cup chopped fresh oregano leaves. 1/4 cup agave nectar. 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 2 teaspoons olive oil. 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Like Here, Nowhere. 6 month, 22 days. SIX MONTHS, TWENTY TWO DAYS. That just blew my mind when I looked up the duration of our journey thus far. I apologize for being on blog hiatus for a bit there. Our trip to Greece was incredible. The best part for me was introducing Dean to so many special people in my life that I haven’t been able to see in the past five years. While on our vacation, I gained about 5 pounds in two weeks.
