My journey to education. Saturday, December 18, 2010. After promising not to wait so long between posts, I have waited a long time for this one. Lots to update, so let's get started. This summer, I completed Safety in the Workplace. We learned about OSHA regulations and how to maintain a safe place of employment. I received an A in that class. I only have three classes left this spring, and I will graduate in May! How about a post about how one of your education goals is almost here!

My journey to education. Saturday, October 3, 2009. So, I've been trying to decide what to do with my $250 paperweight that is my Accounting for Professionals textbook. While doing some research on e-bay, I found one for sale that had been used by the seller for his MBA studies. MBA! So, when I'm done with this class, I'll be well on my way to my master's, right? My journey to education. Monday, September 21, 2009. I'm really struggling to keep my interest in this accounting course. For as much as I enjoy strict math and numbers, you wouldn't think it would be that different, but man it is. I am managing an A so far, so that's good. My journey to education. Saturday, October 31, 2009. Been awhile since my last post so there's a couple of updates to cover. I did end up getting an A in Accouting for Professionals. I won't miss that one. I also got invited to join the honors society, Phi Theta Kappa. Pretty cool, I get inducted next Tuesday. My journey to education. Saturday, April 3, 2010. What a lazy bones! Sorry it's been so long, I didnt' realize how long it had been till I saw the date of January! My journey to education. Wednesday, April 15, 2009. Just completed week 5 of Written Comm and week 6 of teambuilding. Written Comm is moving very quickly, and there is a lot. Of work to do each week. I am still above the 93% (A) mark, so hopefully I can hang on for 3 more weeks. We finished the text for team building. And problem solving last night. We now move on to the power points. That we as groups put on about a movie we watched. As you'll recall, ours was Lord of the Flies. Buying it, it was fun.
