http://gjh.org.uk/index.html
A place to call home. I've been on a journey. Self-realisation. Re-evaluating everything. I am back, much, much stronger than before. Cross me at your peril :). Welcome to gjh.org.uk. I've had a Web site since around 1996 - shortly before the www exploded and went mainstream. It's had various different designs over the years. I've never claimed and never would claim to be any good at Web design - I'm pretty useless with such things. This is just a place to call home and keep things. I like.

A place to call home. I've been on a journey. Self-realisation. Re-evaluating everything. I am back, much, much stronger than before. Cross me at your peril :). So who am I? Hmm now there's a question! I have documented the failings. Of the government organisation Cafcass. And it really isn't pretty. I'm forty something and live in Surrey. They've since been taken over by DADA (never heard of them either). A friend, Sam Hill. He's the guy who owns the server. This Web site lives on), was involved with ND...

http://frostyknickers.co.uk/challenge.php
What is the challenge Lee is facing? The challenge is quite simply, to cycle over 250 miles along and beside the great wall of China over some very rough terrain, climb up almost impossible mountain sides, and race down steep valleys to reach rivers. Starting 25th September 2009. Depart from London Heathrow. Transfer and bike fitting. Then, aiming to make the most of the R&R before the real test begins. Yanquing to Changping (via Ming Tombs) - 30 miles. This is when things get serious; Lee will get her f...

About Haven House Childrens Hospice. Haven House is a happy place that deals with hard events and realities in peoples lives. They are not a place where a child simply comes to die, but a home from home environment in which they care for children and families throughout their lives. A childrens hospice is then a place where a child comes to live life as fully as they are able and they are privileged to be a part of this experience. Why did Lee choose Haven House?

Wed, 14 Oct 2009 18:16. The final day's cycling was disappointingly short as I'd come to really enjoy seeing China by bike. But, shortly after I stepped of my bike by the lovely mountain lake, my legs felt shattered and I felt very tired and relieved that it was the end and that I had cycled every single bit, all 283 miles. Wed, 07 Oct 2009 10:42. I kept a daily diary and took lots of photos so I'll be filling in the full story over the next few weeks. There is so much to tell. Tue, 06 Oct 2009 06:02.
