I lost my child to drugs. It has been 8 years since my buddy left. The pain and sorrow are no different than day one of his passing. My son did not overdose. He was high on Heroin, laying on his back, vomited and breathed it in. He was not an addict. He was alive when I found him. The EMT’s couldn’t save him.
