Non cè niente più inglese che il thè delle cinque accompagnato con scons. classico dei classici, che io adoro (non che io sia inglese, ma ho sempre trovato molto interessante questa tradizione), e cosi oggi ho deciso di prepararli, ma questa volta con la ricetta della MITICA cuoca argentina "Doña Petrona" , ho fatto qualche modifiche: zucchero di canna e gocce di ciccolatto. il resultato? Scons morbidissimi e molto golosi!
