Life in Birmingham UK. Thursday, February 03, 2005. Right now I'm absolutely itching to do something. And I tend to find that if I write things down, I'm about twice as likely to actually do it. 1) To eat more healthily. A proper breakfast; home made sandwiches rather than a mega-fat wrap from Tesco; fruit instead of chocs during the day and more veg with my evening meal at night. I feel better already! Of course, I plan to start my proactivity tomorrow (after a hearty breakfast).
