(I will update this page as I try and test different methods and find recycling gems). Tea for roses and vegetables:. A cuppa of weak tea is a welcome feed for your geraniums (indoor and out). Steep a used tea bag for a few minutes, cool and water your geraniums. You can also use green tea. Coffee no milk for strawberries.

Onions, Potatoes and Peas. Growing our allotment, dig by dig. April 15, 2014. Before and After – One Month On. There’s progress in the poly-tunnel. Our plot neighbours gave us some cauliflowers, so they are in there until a bed is ready for them. Peas and beans have been sowed. Work on the plot is slow, with lots of digging and lots of weeds. Onions, Potatoes and Peas. Growing our allotment, dig by dig. March 15, 2014. The first bed is nearly ready. Lots of digging and weeding has been done. It’s covered now, but the potatoes and onions will go in soon. Elise didn’t do much digging. All of the weeds were burned. We used some wood chip for the path in the poly-tunnel. I had a rest. Friday, December 24, 2010. I had a great day today. However it was topped with a little bit of a bummer. I called Jimmy but he was to busy to talk to me. :( I am really hating this. Being so far away feels like I have a fatal round of heartbreak. Everyday I wake up wondering if he will call. Knowing that he loves me so much and yet still hoping that we are poor.
