Lu Bu@y Hi@o Eh! Sunday, December 30, 2007. I can't imagine that 07 is almost coming to an end soon. Was doing some recap on what happen on 2007 at cell group last week. Conclusion. To God be the glory! 07 had been quite a fruitful yet a year that God make me realize how weak am I. It is good that I know I weak am I, so that I will really put my trust fully on God. Therefore in return, I grew stronger spiritually. Just like what Pastor Chris Long preaches last week. 08 is a year of leaping! Proverb 1 : 7.

For some reason I knew God was going to heal me of my blood pressure.beyond my own efforts of trying to be healthier and more nonchalant about stress and pressures around me.I know God is my healer. After prayers from many people, I decided to stop taking medication altogether, knowing in my heart that God is in charge, and against my doctor's advice. So last week I went for a medical checkup at another clinic and my faith in God was confirmed. I'm healed!

What do the numbers mean? If your blood pressure is between 120/80 and 140/90, you have something called "prehypertension.". So guess what the experts suggest for lifestyle changes:. 1Don't smoke cigarettes or use any tobacco product. 2Lose weight if you're overweight. Limit your sodium, alcohol and caffeine intake.

Was quite shocked to see the headlines of the newspaper tis morning juz as i was stepping out of the house. apparently there had been a military coup in thailand yesterday n the military had taken over govt while pm thaksin is in US at the moment.
