P90X Phase 2 -Day 1. Phase 2 of P90X starts for me today with Chest, Shoulders, and Tricepts then AbRipper. I'm excited to start the next phase and hopefully feel as lost and hurt as much as I did when I started Phase 1! I'm sure I have a world of hurt in store.LOL. I'm so ready to bring it though! I just started using WOWY (Work Out With You) on teambeachbody.com. I have to say, very cool and very useful. It's filling the accountability role that youtube provided in my last round. AWESOME! A New Years Resolution. of sorts. The new year always brings a crop of new years resolutions. I personally think its a tad crazy to assume that a day of the week or day on the calendar means anything more than any other day. Day Three Down. 87 To Go! Tuesday I decided to dust off Interval X . Man that was a great workout, and I think it'll be a good replacement for plyo for the time being. When I got up today and I decided today would be a doubles kind of day. so I threw in Medicine Ball Core Cardio from Tony Horton 1-on-1 and got Ab Ripper X out of the way. what a great fun workout to start the day. Tomorrow is Fountain of Youth Yoga from 1-on-1. 40 mins of yoga sure beats 90! P90X (2.0) Day One. Rt Arm - 13". Rt Thigh - 20".

Updated 2010 Fitness Itinerary. This year will be my Focus of Fitness year! I just finished a re-introduction to P90X week of workouts. This year is the year I work on my fitness and health and not just short term, as I have been notorious for in the past. The plan is now one round of P90X, immediately followed by a round of P90x Plus. (finishing around July 4th) Then a few weeks of recovery and then I'm planning a round of INSANITY! Allow me to explain :). I know, I've been MIA for a few weeks on my blogs (both here and at youtube) I haven't stopped working out or anything. quite the contrary. Workouts are still in full swing and hiking is still going on multiple times a week. Chest Shoulders and Tri KICKED MY ASS last night, its the first time that I've used my dumbbells and it was tough as nails! I hope everyone is still bringing it! Phase Three Has Begun! Phase Three kicked off last night with Chest and Back! One noticable change from the first round was the change in my pushups! In the first round I dropped to my knees to finish a lot of the moves. I still busted it for as many regular pushups as i could, my breaking point was earlier than I liked. The first workout of phase three, was CRAZY! I only dropped to my knees to finish 3-4 Diamond Push-Ups near the end! I did a respectable amount of reps too! Category: chest and back.
