Monday, 12 January 2015. Night Photography Late December 2014. Well it's rather frustrating waiting for good conditions for night photography, but it does work out every once in a while. Only thing that wasn't perfect this time was the fact there was a little to much moonlight. Still experimenting exposure timings etc so was not to fazed by this. Here are the results from three locations. Loe Bar (practice at star trail). Loe Bar (Lots of night fishermen out). Wheal Prosper Mine, Rinsey. 771 SAR Sea King.

Monday, 16 February 2015. Mach Loop Visit Jan 2015. On the plus side did manage to get some shots, visit a couple of new photography locations and had a good laugh with everyone up there. Red Lion pub in Dinas was as usual a welcome site with it's open log fires, hot coffee and cold beers. Looking forward to my next visit there now, likely in March/April/May. Wednesday, 22 October 2014. RFA Argus Departs on Ebola Mercy Mission. Bit of a late post this one. Images taken of the RFA Argus as she departed Falmouth last Friday. The ship and approx 750 personnel, three Merlin MK2 Helicopters, assault craft etc are to assist the efforts to tackle Ebola in Sierra Leone. Good luck to RFA Argus and all her crew. Tuesday, 7 April 2015. 820 Squadron Disembark RFA Argus After Ebola Aid Mission in Sierra Leone. The 6th of April saw the return of RFA Argus and her squadron of 820 Merlins return from deployment to Sierra Leone after assisting with the ebola outbreak.
