McMulligans Pipes and Drums
LindaMae Dennis, Bill Shelton. The McMulligans are a quartet that play the pipes and drums around Portland, Oregon. We have performed at weddings, festivals, pubs, and sometimes you may find us busking on street corners. Our group produces a balanced sound with two pipers, a side snare, and a flourishing tenor. Skamania Pipers
Based in Skamania county in Washington state, pipers Bill Shelton and Mark McCormick play the Celtic pipes. Frequently they can be heard ( with friends. At the Walking Man Pub. In Stevenson, but they also perform for weddings and occasionally at various wine tasting rooms along the Columbia Gorge. The small pipes sound great in meeting rooms or churches. Whiskey Flats Brass Band
The Whiskey Flats Brass Band is living history. A replica of the mid-1800s American town band, the group is dedicated to the preservation and appreciation of authentic brass band music. We perform music of the period, marches, waltzes, schottisches, quicksteps and more, in the style of the time. In many cases we perform on vintage instruments. The nostalgic atmosphere and historical anecdotes transport listeners back to the 1800s. Maggie By My Side. Mark McCormick talks about brass bands in the 1850s.
