That's so not true! Anyone who says that there's very little difference between beginning your work day at 8am and beginning at 9am is full of crap. My coffee intake can attest to the fact that, yes, there is a difference. It takes at least 2-3 cups to get moving now.it used to be one and done. Have a good one y'all.
