A few drops of lemon juice. A pinch of nutmeg. Mix all of this together and this is your filling. Put it in a nine inch pie crust. 4 packs of cinnamon apple oatmeal. 3/4 cup brown sugar. It’s quick, it’s easy and tasty. 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese. 1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk. 1 12 oz. container of cool whip thawed. 1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained. 1 1/2 cups of pecans. 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts. She hopes you like her pie, as much as she did creating it. 2 packages of Pumpkin Spice Instant Pudding. 2 envelopes of Dream Whip. 2 3/4 cups of cold milk. 1 graham cracker crust. I don't have the exact measurements of the ingredients, so just mix the amounts you want to the flavor you want. Soften Cream cheese to room temperature. Dice green onions and cut craisins up a little bit. Mix them together with the cream cheese. Spread on tortilla. Roll it up. Cut it into little pinwheels. Serve chilled. Thursday, August 5, 2010. This is an amazingly good and easy dish. Don't be scared of Tofu! After draining it, cut into thirds and press it dry with paper towels or a kitchen towel. Easy, healthy and delicious! 2 lbs extra firm tofu, drained and pressed dry. 4 ribs celery, diced. 1 small red pepper (or orange or yellow). 3 green onions, white and green parts, sliced. 1 C roasted salted cashews. 1 C unsweetened coconut. 1/2 C chopped dried mango (use scissors). 1 1/2 C. Vegenaise (or Mayo).

Monday, October 25, 2010. I found this recipe in a hometown cookbook that I've had for years. It's supposed to be a recipe used in one of my favorite places to eat, Juniper. I've never had it there, but I might need to order it sometime, because dang, it's yummy. 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded. 3 Tbls seasoning salt. 1 head cauliflower, chopped. 1 pint half and half. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/2 cup chopped parsley. 6 hard-boiled eggs, diced. 2 Tbls minced red onion. 1 Tbls minced fresh parsley leaves.

Thursday, February 3, 2011. Quick and Easy French Bread. 2 1/2 hot water. Let sit 5 minutes or until bubbly. Whisk in 2 C. flour (can mix wheat and white flour). Then add up to 4 C. more flour. Dough will be a bit sticky. Let sit 1 hour. Knead out air bubbles. Divide dough in half. Shape into 2 loaves and put on cookie sheet. Score with a knife, 4 on each loaf. Tuesday, February 26, 2013. 1/3 C melted butter. 1 t baking soda. 1 t baking powder. 1 1/4 C. whole wheat flour. 1/2 C rolled oats. 1/3 C pecans or walnuts (optional). Preheat oven to 350. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add sugar, melted butter and egg until combined. Mix in cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, flour, oats and nuts until moistened. Pour mixture into greased muffin tins. Bake 20-25 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 12 regular size muffins or 36 mini. Friday, February 22, 2013.

Monday, March 21, 2011. 2 T Olive Oil. 2 1/2 lbs ground meat (beef, sausage, turkey or a mix) I like to use half sausage and half turkey. 1 lb button mushrooms. 2 C chicken stock. A GENEROUS dash of Nutmeg (don't omit, this is the secret weapon). 1 box lasagna noodles. 4 C shredded Italian blend or provolone cheese. Preheat oven to 375. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly. 3 cups bread flour.

Tuesday, February 19, 2013. 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 3 Med potatoes, peeled and chopped. 1 med onion, sliced 1 (14 oz) can coconut milk. 1 1/2 t. curry powder (or to taste). 1 C chicken broth. 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen peas. Heat oil in fry pan. Add chicken, browning on both sides. Put potatoes and onions in crock pot, put chicken on top. Combine all other ingredients- Except peas. Add to pot. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hrs. And Halle could have this. And Tom loves curry. Cant wait to try it.

Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana. 1 lb ground Italian sausage. 1½ tsp crushed red peppers. 1 large diced white onion. 4 Tbsp bacon pieces. 2 tsp garlic puree. 5 cubes of chicken bouillon. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 lb sliced Russet potatoes, or about 3 large potatoes ¼ of a bunch of kale. Sauté Italian sausage and crushed red pepper in a large pot. Drain excess fat, refrigerate while you prepare other ingredients. Add chicken bouillon and water to the pot and heat until it starts to boil.
