Monday, September 27, 2004. Down on the farm. Crap I just erased the whole post that I had. What it detailed was that I biked down to work on my huge pedal bike for my first day at Agri-Foods, an experimental farm. Sipho and I got to do some lab work and got a tour of where the pigs and cows are slaughtered (eww) but thankfully they weren't doing any of that today. Tuesday, February 22, 2005. Time of your life. So I would ponder a guess that this will be my last Bredasdorp posting since we are only here for 4 more full days. It blows my mind to think of it. Saturday, October 30, 2004. I had a plan to dress up as an african for halloween this year. As you may or may not know by now the host family I am with does not celebrate halloween. But I plan on taking Deidre out anyway because they don't have halloween in South Africa ;) I am gonna be the bad white girl in the family by the end of this phase! Wednesday, January 19, 2005. I heard I missed a snow storm, that's too bad :P It's been raining here for a while, but I am sure the sun will come out again soon. As hard as it is on everyone I think it is for the best, she was sick for some time. She was an angel in life so I am sure she will do well where she is now. As for me, I am far from being an angel.
