I am gong to just start posting it and I'm not sure it will be in order, but really all I want to do is document it. We went fishing with my family and that was funny! Unfortunatley I didn't take one picture of family. See here she is with my sister kids, because mine never do that! Jonah running in the dirt. My kid's admiring the chickens. Monday, March 2, 2009. We had a great Valentine's Day. We started out the weekend decorating sugar cookies. The kids always enjoy it, even though they do not like them. Both Anika and Aiden had parties at school. And Aiden really enjoyed giving his Transformer Valentines. How did you talk him into a maid! It's been fun to keep up with your family! Monday, May 31, 2010. In four weeks we will leave this place we have called home for the last three years. It really is bittersweet. We have really grown to love the south and made some amazing friends. We are excited to move on to the next phase of life without school and with paychecks! Monday, March 21, 2011. Mardi Gras SLC style! No one can leave New Orleans without a love for Mardi Gras! We will carry out the tradition even though we are miles and miles away. I shipped in Crawfish from the Louisiana swamps and we had ourselves a proper boil! I also made an amazing King cake, and some beignets. And some spicy gumbo and Jambalaya!
