Friday, February 8, 2013. I've been working with nothing but amethyst for the past week for February birthstone jewelry. It's got me thinking about ways to bring this fresh Spring color inside. This color makes me think of crocus bulbs and wild muscari pushing through the snow. I wonder if you can force those inside like paper whites? I may have to give that a try.
