You can't really just stick a price tag on a memory. As a photographer my goal isn't to just capture Sally and John with a nice grin. I want to capture life. Your real, genuine life. I want people to know you. Through the images we create, to feel. Like they are actually there with you, feeling and hearing and smelling and embracing exactly what we are as the moment is captured. Not all photographers shoot with this philosophy. To remember that cheeky grin and high school style you had as a senior.

Thought I would warm up this chilly Monday by reminiscing on this gorgeous Fall shoot! I met up with the Heppners one October Saturday morning at the Short North in Columbus! I absolutely love shooting families in their natural, casual state. I love saving memories through photographs and what good are they if its all forced smiles and no play? Viv and Rory goofed off and ran around, we chased each other, threw leaves, joked and just had a great time! D Enjoy the memories!
