Monday, February 25, 2013. 4th week to frankfurt. This week led to the first race of the year. I had considered this race as a B priority race, which means that I wanted to do well as always but I was coming a little rested into it and I would have changed my daily routine for it. The week was supposed to be easy and it was fairly easy although there were ups and downs that made it a little difficult. 2minutes behind the 3. And I scored a PB of 2h48m11s. Wednesday, September 14, 2011. 44th week of the 2011 season. I started on Monday with a swim, 55minutes of easy swimming with 500m at race pace after two thirds of the session. I was very happy because I actually made it under the expected time. I tried to keep all my sessions in the morning so I had time to finish everything in the afternoon. Place in our age group, at that moment I was in 10. Place but then after the times were final I was 11. So the big question, what is next? Monday, September 5, 2011.

Monday, May 30, 2011. 29th week of the 2011 season. The week started promising but it has slipped from my hands. It was an adaptation week and even though it was hard to follow. On Wednesday I went to the pool in the morning and then afterwards I went to work. In the afternoon I had a brick session of 45 minutes bike ride and then 15 minutes running. The run was awesome. Monday, February 28, 2011. 16th week of the 2011 season. I have had very little to no motivation to do what I had to do. I was supposed to take the last chance and I am not sure I did it. I only worked out 4 days this week. I started on Tuesday as usual with a run, this same run some other time would’ve been a short one but now it is quite a lot. On Wednesday I did a brick session. Sunday, May 19, 2013. No ironman frankfurt in 2013. I have not written for a long time because I have not felt like it. It is probably the first time that it has taken me so long to even be willing to write. Words have not been spilling out of my head and I am still struggling to get them out. What I have been questioning myself is if sport has changed me or I have changed to the sport. If the sport changed me, why am I not happier? And if I changed to the sport, why did I change? What am I missing?
