How to Run Your Own CHiCP. Promoter Capture Hi-C Datasets. CHiCP is a web application for visually integrating human population genetic data with promoter capture Hi-C data. It was primarily developed to support the analysis described in Javierre et al (2016) Cell. We incorporate autoimmune focused population genetic data (GWAS and ImmunoChip) from ImmunoBase. CHiCP ( https:/ www.chicp.org. Is currently maintained and developed by Olly Burren. In the Wallace Group. Within the Department of Medicine.
