Here are my results from using Turbulence Training for Mass for 4 weeks! I lost an inch on my abdomen, which was unexpected as I was eating a ton of calories to try and build mass. I gained half an inch on each bicep. I also finished my video! I am so jealous! I so wanna do pull ups and chin ups! The Quick House Buyer.
