January 21st, 2008. In early December we spent 10 days in Thailand on our way back to the US. We scheduled three nights at a resort in Hua Hin, about a 3-hour drive south from Bangkok on the Gulf of Thailand and three nights in Chiang Mai, up in northern Thailand.
