Monday, July 07, 2014. An Amazonian Herione and her love song to the prairies. Willa Cather’s “O Pioneers! 8220;But the great fact was the land itself, which seemed to overwhelm the little beginnings of human society that struggled in its somber wastes”. Her “glance of Amazonian fierceness”. Effectively silences a man who lets a flirtatious exclamation slip out of him on seeing her. Churning out observations, often made to self! Sunday, April 23, 2006. Could life get any better? I don't think so. Here's why. Exams over. so no more 'nights', spent cramming every letter of the alphabet from the notes. A Formula 1 race weekend. just plain vroom, vroomm. and then some more. Done with the exams, for once i threw caution to the wind and enjoyed my heart out. Went to alibaug, chilled out, then came home just in time to get the adrenaline pumping. And what a time it was!

Churning out observations, often made to self! Wednesday, April 19, 2006. Have an idea. Let's change the basic aim of the Indian Constitution from "establishing a secular, democratic republic with liberty, equality and fraternity" to " establishing a society hell-bent on repenting for its atrocious past! And all this in the name of affirmative action! We learnt in school that 'God helps those who help themselves'. So who are we helping by offering prime opportunities on a platter? Wake up people - this I...

Vicharmanthan...: Reservations II
http://sanyamjoshi.blogspot.com/2006/05/reservations-ii_29.html
Churning out observations, often made to self! Monday, May 29, 2006. Just returned from a quaint little village close to Alibaug. What I love about this village is firstly that it gives me a sense of calm, that I seem to lose, from time to time, in the hustle-bustle of city life. This continues to lure me back to this village very regularly. How do these two things compare? Any suggestions, critiques, comments on this solution are welcome. Posted by Sam J @ 8:57 pm. Churning out observations, often made to self! Monday, May 29, 2006. Would like to comment something on the National Common Minimum Programme- the NCMP - a declaration of policies that the UPA govt would follow over its five- year rule. The answer: when international crude oil prices have risen to astronomical proportions, the Left - which boasts of some of the most learned politicians in the country- has not let domestic prices increase, and Mr. Chidambaram - and the UPA govt ('esteemed' PM! To all and ...
