Thursday, December 20, 2007. In the last few weeks I have managed to introduce coaching in a number of different contexts and have found it to be very rewarding. In every situation where I have used coaching, the results have been surprisingly well recieved and undeniably positive. I can see no context within which a coaching process or format would not be highly beneficial and no individual who would not find themselves positively affected by it. I think it is time to do a coaching wheel. We are all one!
