Saturday, November 15, 2008. Quantum of Solace is. I thought it was such a good movie, and a classic James Bond film. The story line was interesting, the fight scenes were well put together and intense, and the bond girls were hot (of course). I definitely recommend seeing this movie. It was bad, and you know it's bad when people around you are saying, "Why won't they stop talking? Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Tuesday, November 11, 2008. Still Figuring It Out. Wednesday, March 11, 2009. I was so excited! I rushed into the house so that I could open it. As I reached for a knife I thought that the letter seemed a bit thin. I expressed this outloud and my brother responded with, "It's only an acceptance letter. How thick could it be? So I open it and the first thing I read is, "It is our great pleasure.". Thursday, October 23, 2008. So, 2 weeks ago, Chelle and I flew down to Las Vegas and picked up my new car! We played around Vegas for a while before driving it home. This car is great! It's a 2006 Dodge Magnum SRT8 (the SRT8 part means it's FAST. This baby has 440 horsepower and does 0-60 in 5.1 sec! The biggest trick now will be not getting any tickets! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, April 14, 2008. So we played our co-ed softball season-opening game tonight and we kicked butt! They called the game after the 4. Inning because the score was 12-0! Silly as it sounds, I was a little nervous to play, but my first at-bat I hit a 2 RBI triple! And the very next at bat I hit an in-the-park home run (nevermind that I barely made it to first and didn't see second base on my 3. At-bat). I can *not* believe how out of shape I am! I felt like a fat cop chasing a fast guy!

Wednesday, April 23, 2008. We had our 2nd softball game of the season on Monday and it was a lot of fun, albeit frustrating. We had a hard time working as a team at the start of the game and gave up 9 runs in the first inning! I was safe, mind you, but I tore up my leg pretty good! It still stings a bit. (I can't imagine having road rash like this all over my body after a motorcycle accident or something! Deep to right field. 2 runners in. that's game! Oh, well. We had fun. Tuesday, May 20, 2008. For the love of Ikea. So We've made yet another trip to Ikea and spent yet more money on stuff. I think I may actually have more Ikea furniture in my house now than non-Ikea furniture! This trip was for the specific purpose of organizing the pig-sty of an office we've become accustomed to working in (and stashing miscellaneous items with no better home). We've had a couple items in mind, and this time we actually got one. Im excited to come over and see it in person!
