I absolutely have no idea when was the last time I blogged and hanks to an old friend of mine I am back today.So much has happened over all these months and yet some things just remain the same! Kids have grown up, Hyderabad and embraced us in all her warmth and comfort and my husband is still the same old "oh, what are we doing in India, we need to get back". I did say somethings have remained the same :-). A new madness called baking has come to the fore! Early weeks of motherhood.

Saturday, August 14, 2010. It took me 7 weeks to overcome the writer's cramp and boy does it feel good. A lot has happened in these past 7 weeks which has made me one mixed bag of emotions. "New Beginnings! Even as I gaze outside of my window I think to myself " oh when will I see this sight again" or when I drive my car my thoughts are" hmmm, I have just one more month to really enjoy the roads here" and the list goes on. Moving from one city to another is bad enough, but continents? India, here I come.

Tuesday, March 31, 2009. This afternoon while at the wheel I was completely scared to death at what I saw on the road, at the intersection to be precise. I was taking a left turn and it was a complete NO NO for pedetrians to be crossing the road from my left to right. After the signal turned green I started accelerating and WHOA! There was this lady crossing right in front of me when she was not supposed to! This woman is putting not only her life in danger but the lives of the drivers on the road too!
