All the kids were here along with granddaughter Rali who was celebrating her 12th birthday. Saturday we went to a Japanese Restaurant (Rali’s choice) where we celebrated not only her birthday, but during lunch Heather and her girlfriend Stacey announced that they will be getting married next year! Some days you got it all together. You swear you have it figured out. Keep chuggin’ along.

Now for an upbeat break with visits to Heather in CO and Sarah and family in WI in a week, then two weeks in Kauai in Oct. After that… the next scan – a PET scan – to check everything. So, no more blog entries till at least mid October. “Talk” to you then. August 11, 2014. End of another “Hell Week”. Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever. August 4, 2014.
