Requiem - Lauren Oliver - Indecisively Restless
http://www.indecisivelyrestless.com/2015/01/requiem-lauren-oliver.html

April 21, 2015. I have an announcement for you: Starting next month, I will be hosting a weekly feature on my blog - Transient Tuesdays. Transient Tuesdays will begin first week of May and the theme for Transient Tuesdays is Change. Since it is the only constant in our transient lives. In the words of philosopher, writer, and speaker- Alan Watts, "The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance". And that's what we will be doing here every week. Kenzie Negr...
Transient Tuesdays: Don’t Be Afraid of Change | Here I scribble
http://www.hereiscribble.com/2015/05/transient-tuesdays-dont-be-afraid-of.html
May 12, 2015. Transient Tuesdays: Don’t Be Afraid of Change. Change is a choice, and is an active endeavor. And so is not changing. We decide the direction our lives take, and we can either do so with fear or with confidence. So go change your hair, your job, your city, or what ever soothes your soul, and do so with no fear, because it’s a choice for your betterment. I’m Michelle Anneliese, a college student in Sacramento. I write for Look Through My Lens. Next week, on Transient Tuesdays, we have Kristin.
Revisiting My Reason - Pen, Paper & Parenthood
http://penpaperparenthood.com/revisiting-my-reason
Books On My Nightstand. In 2013, I decided to start blogging. My reason was to set a goal – to write. Something. Anything. I was stepping outside my normal. Admitting to the world that I was a writer, but more importantly I was admitting this to myself. This month, I celebrated my 39th Birthday and I found my need to revisit these words. A reminder that I am on a path that is my own. A path that is sometimes lonely and desolate. Writing is not easy. Sometimes is sucks. Ask any writer. Normal. Writing...

Indecisively Blogging
I may or may not be the most indecisive blogger. Tuesday, February 17, 2015. ABC Narrative of Procrastination. In the world of behavior therapy, there is something called an ABC narrative. It stands for antecedent, behavior, and consequence. While these are most frequently used to gain a deeper understanding of why a preschooler keeps throwing tantrums, I decided to use this technique to figure out why I procrastinate with the simplest of daily living tasks. And what did I learn about myself? Just stay a...

Friday, September 24, 2010. If there ever was an exhausting process, it’s the home-buying one. I just hate the looking part. My husband, the patient one, loves looking. He will just roam around a pawn or gun shop for an hour – and here’s the kicker. waaaait for iiiiiit. – just to look. He knows before even going in that he’s not buying. It takes me back to the years of shopping with my mom. Those vivid flashbacks of me whining and faking stomach aches to go home. Ahhh, childhood! The absolute worst is fi...

Worldly Rants and Raves
Worldly Rants and Raves. Young woman's trials, tribulations, thoughts and opinions. Thursday, November 3, 2011. Saturday night out. After having dinner at a cute Italian place. My friend and I wandered North towards home looking for a bar to have a drink or two before we called it a night. All the patrons have smiles, and I noticed a giant screen playing black and white Charlie Chaplin-esq films. This made me smile… as did the two seats that opened up at the bar directly in front of us. As we wait for, a...

Monday, July 30, 2012. Not that I have regular followers, but if there is even one reader out there who happens to check for regular updates, I'm sorry. My last post was exactly one month ago! Summer is disappearing before my eyes! It's been good so far though - done a bit of travelling, a LOT of shopping, reading, relaxing, organizing, and a little DIY stuff. The hubs and I had our second anniversary on July 28th. Where does time go, for real? We are off to Cabo this month to celebrate. I can't wait!
