Being Independent As a Must:Chiungling's Space. 偶然得知有環境教育工作者在台北市幾個社區大學開設「國家公園之美與生態旅遊」課程，本學期預計進行的四個戶外活動行程中，世界遺產潛力點－馬祖及從未去過的雪霸國家公園，讓我決定正式選課。 設籍馬祖的人口數不到一萬人，然而在社大運動推展的初期，就曾經聽聞有人居中促進在馬祖成立社大，早年駐軍尚有一定規模時，也曾突發奇想一些放島假無處可去的阿兵哥，有無可能成為學習人口？隨著駐軍的日益精簡，辦理社大實戰經驗越多，就發現以現行的模式，不可能在馬祖辦理社大。 馬祖與金門過去幾十年都是國防前線重地，在民國八十年初才解嚴開放自由觀光，兩者一北一南，人文風土頗有差異，身在台灣的人常將兩者相提並論，接觸之下，發現兩邊的人也會互做對照組。 那時金門完全還沒有古厝民宿的設置，識得的金門媳婦兒一聽我去了芹壁村，忍不住發議論說，馬祖那麼小，社造都能做得有模有樣，金門竟然不如馬祖！？ 12304;註1】卡蹓：福州話，相當於「玩」的意思。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 1991年開始當志工,1992年進入NGO領域工作,2004年涉入國際志工&#...
