Vegetarian Recipes from Karnataka, south indian recipes, north indian recipes and sweet recipes. Milk powder—1 cup. Condensed milk - 1/2tsp. Egg – 1. Sugar – 2tbsp. Baking powder -1/2 tsp. Heat milk ,bring to a boil, add sugar and add condensed milk. Beat egg, and a dough with milk powder , baking powder and egg. With wet hands , take a little dough about size of a marble and flatten on palm. Then drop them in hot boiling milk. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Wednesday, September 7, 2011. Links to this post.

Vegetarian Recipes from Karnataka, south indian recipes, north indian recipes and sweet recipes. 2 onions, medium sized - finely chopped. Green chilli - finely chopped/minced/paste to taste. Fresh mint, finely chopped - 1tbsp. Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1tbsp. Lemon juice - 1tsp. Fresh grated coconut- 1tbsp(optional). Mix all the ingredients - onions,greenchilli,mint,corianderleaves and lemon juice. Stir in the salt and coconut just before serving. Serve with all types of meal.
