Its a small town, with one main road, and we dident found some foreigner there, and we (Matt and Nick, thx) had to speak chinese! Here some pictures from our small trip. Sunday, May 10, 2009. Xi'an 西安 / Lama Temple 广仁寺. With Oscar (Spain) and Aurel (Swiss) i went visit the Lama Temple in Xi'an. Still was raining, but we was thinking is a nice idea, going on sunday, otherwise we wouldent, too many chinese tourist. So was quite and peacefull to visit the temple. I was thinking was originally tibetan style, but nowadays are many influences from the "chinese buddhism". We went then after for a nice meal on the muslim quarter. Mhhh Jiao Zi! Thursday, April 30, 2009. Kashgar قەشقەر (Kashi 喀什) - Hotan خوتەن (Hetian 和田). After i spent almost a week in Kashgar, i was ready to leave this very nice city! I was coming in to Kashgar from the northern silkroad, and now i leave the city on the southern silkroad to Hotan. Was nothing to special, almost everywhere was really dry. Sunday, April 26, 2009. In New Delhi sass ich mit den Japanern im Everest Restaurant beim Frühstück, plötzlich fragte mich ein junge Dame (oder doch Madam.) von wo ich den sei aus der Schweiz. Ja sie komme auch aus St. Gallen. So kam Britt dann einen Tag später auch nach Varanasi. Yuko und Sho, wechselten dann das Hotel, da sie gerne unter Japanern sind, also wechselten sie in ein japanisches Hotel.
